Resending Guest Access Codes


To resend your guest their access codes:

  1. Log into the GateHawk app

  2. Tap Guests (person icon) in the navigation bar at the bottom of the page

  3. Tap Resend (circular arrow icon)

  4. Tap Send it Now in the Send a New Access Code pop-up window


We will email your guest their new unique access code and QR code for quick and easy access to your community!


Note: We also recommend using this tool if you or your guest believe someone other than your guest is using their code.
