If your property uses a GateHawk video intercom, you have the ability to use a personal Resident QR code to gain access to the property. 

Note: You must first be logged into the GateHawk mobile app on your smartphone device.

Locate the Access page 

  1. In the GateHawk mobile app, tap the Access (key icon) button on the navigation bar. The Access screen will appear.

  2. Tap the View QR Code button on the Access screen. This will populate the View QR Code panel that contains your personalized resident QR Code.

        3. Click the Go Back to close the View QR code panel, and return to the Access screen.
